1. To ensure that Environmental and Public Health practitioners in Nigeria uphold the global best practices in achieving Public Health.
2. To promote the welfare of all members.
3. To promote quality, efficient, and effective preventive health care in Nigeria.
4. To collaborate with National and International Agencies, Organizations/Partners, or non-governmental organizations (NGOs) with similar objectives
5. To give professional advice to the government, stakeholders, and other national and international health agencies, including organizations interested in preventive health care
6. To organize and facilitate education and scientific seminars, conferences, and workshops on Environmental and Public Healthcare, aiming to provide members with a continuous educational program.
7. To act as a scientific and research directive advisor and regulator to technological universities and institutes offering Environmental and Public Health Sciences in Nigeria.
8. To serve as an umbrella union for professionals and sub-professionals in environmental and public healthcare in Nigeria.
